Bio and Links
Bio Photo We are now requesting proof...while it may be bothersome and inconvenient, keep in mind that we are trying to maintain some integrity on this site. If we are personally making a change to a memorial then we have every right to request support for those changes. Having proof also prevents us from being caught between two members who provide unsubstantiated conflicting information. I really doubt that most here really want folks to be able to send anything to Edit and have changes made without providing any foundation for the change.

Thanks so very much for the time and effort you put into helping those of us too far away to do so ourselves. We appreciate it.

Declined Edit?
You declined an edit to a person's name because "It doesn't match the data you have."

First, I don't know where you get your data, but I've found that a LOT of it is inaccurate. It's quite obvious that you don't even visit the cemeteries that you upload data for, which makes any data you have dubious at best.

Second, when the village added a bronze plaque to a person's grave with his full name on it, then it doesn't NEED to match your data. Just look at the photo I uploaded.

Your "ownership" of memorials on this site is dubious.
