Find a Grave ID

Bio

I live in a small farm town in southeastern Wyoming. I am a nurse now mostly retired, but would be willing to take a photo of a grave in this area. I am close to Cheyenne, but work in the opposite direction in Nebraska. I do get to Cheyenne once in awhile, so could ostensibly take a grave photo there.

My father and the paternal side of my family are from the central Missouri area (Cole and Miller Counties), and my maternal ancestors hale from the York Co., PA and Mansfield, Ohio area. My husband's family are mostly from the Door and Kewaunee County areas of Wisconsin. However, I was born and raised in northern California. I enjoy genealogy and walking through peaceful cemeteries, especially if they are old, and reading what is written on the headstones (and then wondering about what their lives and families were like).

If you are related to any of the people mentioned, I would be happy to transfer that memorial to you (excepting my own family, of course!)- just tell me of your relationship when you contact me.

Please ask me first about posting any of my uploaded individual person photographs to a genealogy website- the photos of relatives are ones I have scanned from my own personal photos handed down to me and uploaded to certain memorials, so they are considered copyrighted by myself. Thank you!
