I will transfer NON-family memorials according to Find-A-Grave rules.
I will be more than happy to update memorials.
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page. Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits." Check there to see if any recommendations that have been submitted to you. Review the suggestion and accept it. If you cannot confirm the information then you have the option to decline the suggestion.
This is more accurate for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If the manager hasn't reviewed the suggestion within 21 days the program will automatically accept the information.

~A Poem for our Ancestors~ Your tombstone stands among the rest Neglected and alone The name and date are chiseled out On polished marble stone It reaches out to all who care It is too late to mourn You did not know that I exist You died and I was born Yet each of us are cells of you In flesh, in blood and bone Our blood contracts and beats a pulse Entirely not our own Dear Ancestor, the place you filled One hundred years ago Spreads out among the ones you left Who would have loved you so I wonder if you lived and loved I wonder if you knew That someday I would find this spot And come to visit you
Wrightsboro/Wrightsborough, McDuffie Co., GA All I was doing was using the spelling of the place when my Quaker ancestors (the Stubbs and the Vernons) resided there. You are correct in what you say in that the modern day spelling is Wrightsboro. Thanks for noticing and thank you for your work. Blessings, Sheila
I was just over at St. Johns Cemetery. Theresia is in the Krakar family plot. It's possible she was Stillborn (with no dates)and it's also possible that she belonged to one of the other Krakar families. I'm not sure who handles the cemetery, but I think I will call them to see if they can give me further information for you.
Good morning. I have passed them all on to you. That would be kind if there are requests in the future for them to pass them on. If you find that I have others that they are related to and you would like them as well, just let me know. Do take care and happy family hunting.
I would still love to transfer him to you. Actually, if you'd like, I can transfer all the Krakar's to you. I know the Find A Grave rules, but I'm not into numbers. I do this strictly for family and even friends of the deceased. Isn't that what this is all about. I have dealt with Find A Grave members who will not transfer no matter what. I disagree with ALL of the them. So, I'll send Marcus, and wouldn't overwhelm you with the others unless I knew you really wanted them. I know that Old Krakar Mansion. It is my favorite house in that part of town. It still sits there majestically. I ran across the Family bio on Ancestry and fell in love with that family. Anyway, just let me know if you'd like the others too.
St Joseph Cemetery-Schwegel gravesite Hi Jane-I filled your request for Jacob, Margaret and Aloysius Schwegel. They are all on the east side of the monument. On the west side are three more Schwegel's who I think may be other children: 'Son' Henry G (1898-1966) Magdalen (1885-1969) Margaret C (1906-1969) I did take pictures of the west side of the monument so if you create memorial pages for Henry, Magdalen and Margaret C let me know and I'll post the pictures...Mary
