Frank Marshall
Thank you very much for taking the headstone photos for Frank Marshall - I appreciate it very much!

Also, I noticed, in reading through your family names that I have the Stoner name in my family tree, too. This family came from PA to OH then to the Naperville-Wheatland area of IL. Also, I noticed the Crist and Crouch names - both of whom I have on a list of soldiers named on a monument in Plainfield, IL. If any of this seems to connect to your family, please contact me - I'd be happy to share information.

Gannaways
Thanks for the links to Joe Gannaway's parents! Having done a lot of research in Cedar County, we keep in touch with a Gannaway cousin in Cedar County and we have a few cousins here in Oklahoma.

RE: John Henry Myers
Hello Dori - No, I'm not related. I came across the Myers' obituary while researching at the Historical Society. It was in the Culbertson Progress newspaper dated 2/24/1938.

Mr. Myers passed away Wed following a stroke suffered at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A.F. Stansbury at Dunbar with whom he had made his home since the death of his wife in 1927, part of the time staying at the home of his son, Adelpha in Culbertson. He had farmed in this vicinity for many years and had passed his 83rd milestone.

Six sons and daughters survive. They are: Mrs. A.F. Stansbury, Dunbar; Mrs. Fannie Priest, Nebraska City; Mrs. Della Stansbury, Crawley, CO; Mrs. Ida Bright, Bridgeport, NE; Abe Myers, Wray, CO; Lou Myers, Nebraska City, and Adelpha Myers of Culbertson. Mr. Myers also leaves two brothers and two sisters, Will Myers of Cedar Rapids, IA; Sam Myers of Stillwater, OK; and Mrs. Cinderella Proctor, Los Angeles; and Mrs. Lillian Davidson, Walsenburg, CO. Card of thanks: Mr./Mrs. A.R. Myers; Mr./Mrs. L.C. Myers; Mr./Mrs. A.F. Stansbury; Mr./Mrs. Marian Bright; Mr./Mrs. J.E. Priest.

I think I found maybe 3 of his children here on F-A-G. Good luck! The pictures you posted were fun to see. ~ Marilyn

Sanford Robinett
Thank-you so much for your efforts on my behalf on my GG Grandparents, the Robinettes. I have searched ancestry.com and find nothing insofar as to whom his father was. He passed away so young, and have not found out as to why he died in his 30's. Also, thank-you for transferring them to me, hopefully, I will be able to add to their memorials. So nice to have volunteers like you who actually CARE about the memorials they post!
