Bio Photo I'm relatively new at genealogical research although I have had quite a bit of success in finding records on the internet and markers in the cemeteries. I joined F.A.G. to help other people find relatives that were put to rest near me in hopes that someone might return the favor sometime.

Keene Cemetery , Coshocton, Ohio
I have a cemetery book of Keene Township cemeteries.
Listed on page 74 is Willam Moore
Died Sept 15, 1864 aged(don't think that date is correct but.
Also listed is Martha H consort of William Moore. Died Oct 10, 1849

Neither one of them is listed in this cemetery or either Keene Cemetery (one Methodist, one Presbyterian...)

So, I am wondering what has happened... I notice that you listed the Elliotts in both cemeteries.
Nancy Elliott , second wife of George Elliott is listed... William Moore is supposedly Nancy's fveerI am trying to trace William Moore... I think he is the father of Samuel whose son Caleb is my grtgrtgrandfather... I have a picture of William with a daughter Rebecca (Caleb's sister) and his grtgranddaughter Elizabeth (Caleb's daughter)
Can you shed any light on William's grave, Martha or anything on the Elliott family.
Thank you

Samuel Milton Dodds
Hi Joseph... I'm searching for information on Samuel Milton Dodds. He married Elizabeth Taylor Irwin in 1854 in Marysville, Ohio - I think. According to the information, he was born in PA and died young in Kansas, again, I think. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. With kind regards, Regena Mitchell

Margaret Elliott 1801-1879
Thanks, Joseph, for all the memorials. You added several Elliotts, including Thomas H Elliott 76156360 in Keene Presbyterian Cemetery. According to family information I have, his mother Margaret (Morehead) Elliott 1801-1879 should be buried in the same cemetery, as well as her mother, Margaret (Morrow) Morehead 1771-1848. But there is the memorial for Margaret (Morrow) Morehead's grave, and it places it in the Keene Methodist Cemetery. The latter's son Samuel Morehead 1808-1889 is supposed to be in the Keene Presbyterian Cemetery as well. Any chance you could find these graves?

David Ross, FAG # 21874908
Hello,

You took the pictures of the tombstone memorial of David Ross, which I so much appreciate. However, I am having a very hard time reading the memorial, and there are multiple sides to it. I was wondering if you could translate the tombstone for me? I would so much appreciate it.

Sincerely

Caroly Leverich Atkinson, a 4th g granddaughter of David.

Keene
Thanks for helping me get the Keene cemetery's pictures straightened out. It took a couple months for me to get with Find-a-Grave and they deleted the old photos and added the new ones. Now, thanks to you everyone can place the memorials at the correct cemetery without as much confusion!!!!

Is it okay with you if I post the tombstone pictures you've taken of my ancestors in my ancestry.com account?
