I have been doing family history for several years now. I work on it about every day. If I can help someone I would love too (time permitting). |
I am researching the surnames: Fritz, Ruffing, Rock, Westrick/Westrich, Schoen, Hepp, Kramer, Diehm, Bertsch, Phillips, Carpenter, Bachman, Richley, Austin, McCool, Bolen, Pollock, Starkey, Damron, Dillingham -just to name a few.
You may use photos I have posted to memorials as long you give me the proper credit. Thanks - Good Luck and happy hunting! :)
When requesting a grave photo, please try to Google the cemetery to obtain a phone number to get the grave location from the office/church. Please try to call the cemetery or church yourself, as it is usally a long disantace phone call for a volunteer. If you at least narrow it down to a section, I will search the said area for the grave. Some of these cemeteries are so large it is very difficult to find it, and it becomes very time consuming for a volunteer. Thanks for your help! :)

Hello there Dustin,
I totally understand your desire to protect other people's photos. But Denise donated all her photos directly to me to post on my own cemetery website. it was actually ME that put her name on the photos giving her credit.
So all "is good" and fine and up front.
see my webpage here:
I started my cemetery websites in 1999, long before Find A Grave had the ability to do bulk upload. Folks would send me multiple photos to put online and I did all the work of creating links to each photo on my webpages. I have over 60,000 photos on my puter and I am trying to get them all put on Find A Grave now that they have the bulk upload.

You're very welcome! And, yes, I do dig away the sod and brush off the stones before I photograph them.

As always, you're very welcome, Dustin. Yesterday was my first day back to Mount Calvary since the snows came and it felt wonderful to be outside on such a glorious day!

Good Morning Dustin,
You are most welcome, as always. BTW, I retook the Briggs photos now that the leaves are off the trees.
Still hoping to capture better photos of the Zahm Monument & inscriptions.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours, Dustin.

Hi Dustin, Please delete the one Blast from the Past I put on Mr. Schaffer's memorial. I don't know what happened, but it came out blurry!. I added another good one. Thanks, Barb

Not a problem! I love this site and being able to see where every one is connected and look back at the ancestors. Most of the info comes from either
Or just my general knowledge of it being relation on either side of the family. Thanks for starting all of this!
