I research my wife's and my family genealogy, my wife's family surnames include Branscum, Nevels, Owens, New, Morrow, Casada, Davis, Anderson. My family surnames are Maroskey (Maroska), Leary, Ewing, Scott, Wilson, Flowers, Flaugher, Slifer, Price, Newby, Stephens, Manlove, Downey, Murphy, and Hinton. |
I enjoy being a Contributor on findagrave.com, I create memorials primarily for family, ancestors and close friends. Findagrave.com is a great resource to show your children and give them their personal ancestry information. I am amazed at how much information I have obtained since I began to research.
I kindly ask that you not copy photos that I have added on a memorial or on Ancestry.com, if you are a relative, please let me know you would like to copy of a photo, I will share them via email. I am also happy to help you with editing, adding information or transfering a memorial, please let me know.

Thank you for the update on this lady's information. If you are a relative, I would be happy to transfer her memorial to you. I am not related to her in any way.

You're very welcome. It would appear that we are 5th cousins, nice to meet you. Three years ago my son and I managed to locate and photograph the old McKenney Graveyard in Pendleton County, KY. It's not an easy site to locate or get to but doing so, as well as making the memorials, was a labor of love. I'm only sorry we couldn't locate more gravestones. There were several unreadable as well as many that were simply missing. We may go back again sometime and take another look around.

No problem, Greg! I was actually wanting that one as well. He was my grandpa's grandfather, and this morning I happened to be driving through Knoxville for the first time ever. I took many more photos there this morning that I will upload tonight.

I am wondering if you would provide info on how you decided the photo you added matches Amanda Helen Brock. I might be missing something, and would be happy to correct my own research. Amanda died at age 27, and from what I can see, this woman in the photo looks much older. Thank you for providing clarification so I can correctly attach info to my tree. I see this picture in many trees, but wanted to be certain the photo matches the person before adding as I don't want to lead others in a wrong direction. Thank you

You're very welcome. Glad I could help.
My name is Shannan Fuller-Wright. I am just trying to learn how to trace my dad's family. I believe that James Fuller (your Margaret Leary's husband) is the son of Joseph and Jane (Wilson) Fuller. Joseph and Jane are my GGG grandparents.
I would like to ask for permission to use your photo and if you are willing to share any information or tips for searching for these family connections.
I will be traveling to Indiana 1/26-2/1 2016.
I am meeting my dad's cousin in order to take pictures of the family farm in Hancock county.
My email address is: email@example.com
Thank you for any help or sharing of your photos. I am hoping to have some information to share with my dad and his sister. She is in poor health and they are the last two in my dad's direct line, so it is challenging to get information as neither of them remember clearly.
Thank you again!

You are welcome:) Sorry, I looked around but did not see her grave stone. I also could not find her listed in the Library's copy of the cemetery listing. You could try calling the cemetery office to see if they have a listing for her. If you find a location I'll be glad to take the photo. God bless! Gary
