I joined Find-A-Grave in March of 2012. I like taking walks and I like taking pictures. Since I am within walking distance of Oak Hill Cemetery, St. Margaret Cemetery, Menasha Cemetery, Rest Haven Cemetery and St. Patrick Cemetery, they were wonderful places to go for walks. I would read the head stones and see the history and often the heart ache of families. When I discovered Find-A-Grave, it only made sense to take my camera along to combine activities I was already doing, to help others. I do have family buried in Oak Hill and St. Margaret cemetery but now I feel I have even more family there. I have been taking pictures and adding records randomly but am pleased to help others find their families too. I am willing to transfer records to family or anyone closely connected with more information than myself, so please ask if you are interested. I get great satisfaction from helping others find their family and thrive on a simple "thank you" to acknowledge my efforts make a difference.
