I was born and raised in the Windle community of Overton Co. in Tennessee. When I joined this site, I thought I would have lots of time to go to cemeteries and take photos. Now I'm babysitting my little grandsons, so I'm enjoying them for now. I'm looking for England, Ward, Matthews, Pryor, Wilson, Norris, Masters, Poston, and Copeland headstones. My goal is to document the local cemeteries, although at my pace, this may take some time. I'll do my best if someone needs anything in the Windle area.|

I just noticed your research surname interests.

|Diana||Albert Butler Qualls|
Albert Butler Qualls, MD died October 6, 1964 and is buried in Overton County Memorial Gardens. He has a Find a Grave site for that burial.
This is Albert Qualls, son of Ike and Deal Eldridge (Isaac and Dealianne Eldridge), according to his Death Certificate available to see on Family Search. It lists this cemetery on the certificate.
All the family ties on here are also listed on the Albert Butler Qualls record at Overton Memorial Gardens, and shouldn't be attached to this Albert.
I can e-mail the death certificate to you, if you can't access family search.

Hi Gail, Willie and William Mack Barnes are my grandparents. I never knew it but according to the information below from Find A Grave Lewis Hickman Barnes is my grandfather's father. I'm curious how the connection with the headstone for L.H. Barnes was made with Lewis Hickman Barnes; would you know? Also as to how all his children's names are arrived at. The Two that I am aware of are missing... Another mystery concerning Lewis is where his wife was buried... One son, Bartholomew, has the same birth year as William Mack according to other records I've found so somewhere there's a mistake in dates or another mother... Don't know what s/ nor h/ are for. I'd appreciate any insight into these matters. Thank you.
