Bio Photo "Through the travail of ages, midst the pomp and toils of war, have I fought and strove and perished countless times upon a star.
As if through a glass, and darkly the age-old strife I see...where I fought in many guises, many names...but always me."

Irwin Whitehead came to Claiborne Parish, Louisiana in about 1848 from Dale County, Alabama. About 1858 Irwin and family moved to Columbia County, Arkansas.

Ellis Agnes Whitehead Manning FAG #54783002
Would you read the bio for Ellis Agnes Whitehead Manning (Find A Grave 54783002) who was born in Crossett Arkansas in 1903. Her father was Warren Calhoun Whitehead - it would be wonderfull if our Whiteheads are kin to your Whiteheads.

Thanks so very much for taking the time to make these photos. Your efforts on behalf of the findagrave family make it possible for those of us who can not make the trips necessary to see the gravesite to have a photo the next best thing. God bless you
