Requests and Transfers
Please see below in my bio:

I am taking a family ordered short break don't get upset I will be back soon. If you need to contact me personally use my friend and mentors memorial.
Paul J. Lake

A great big thank you to the many hard working contributors & photographers we all owe you a great deal you are very much appreciated by me.

Quote from Jim Tipton Founder after Ancestry acquisition."It will still be wrong for someone to 'steal' a photo from Find A Grave and post it other websites as if it were their own".

Please remember my photos are embedded with a copyright. Request permission be for using any Head stone photos or cemetery photos. If I find them on another web site I will take action. None of my family portrait photo's are available for use at all.

Please do not leave transfer request on my public messaging they will simply be deleted.

It is your responsibility to read transfer guide lines and to use the edit tab on memorial and state relationship if not stated request will not be considered. This is not a refusal it is your failure to follow Find A Grave guide lines. Also include your member number.

Also the public messages below are not intended to request suggestions or changes to a memorial because no link is generated to memorial when the edit tab on the memorial is used a link is sent so I know who you are talking about. Many new features are there also to actually add links and changes to a memorial with contributor approval.

It is not necessary to manage a memorial to add to it I am willing to add any information that is allowed & correct.

As many of my friends and I have noticed lately attacking and toxicity is now alarmingly on the increase dealing with this is not only stressful but time consuming and emotional & physically draining causing the following to be necessary.

If your message or email is rude, accusatory, bulling or harassing in any way it will be sent to find a grave. If it continues other steps will be taken.

This does not mean you can not correct me, I make many mistakes and as long as your nice about it we will work together to fix them and move on. As in the past most of you kind folks have done an exultant job.

Reporting A Duplicate. include the numbers of both and send it via edit on dup. memorial.

I am now saving sir name searches before & after adding a memorial to a cemetery as proof it was the first entry, because many are using the non cemetery method and moving them in cemetery later.

I'm building a new bio. this will have to due till after my break.

Louisa McCormick
I see you made a memorial for Louisa McCormick in the Oak Hill Cemetery. She is the daughter of CC Clonch and Martha Buster.

Not son; grandson. Walter Christopher's father was also Walter, but no middle name that I have ever seen. I do not know where Walter, the son of CC and Martha Buster, is buried. I believe he was kind of estranged from the family at some point. I know he was estranged from wife and children. His wife Elvina Johnson Clonch (sometimes spelled Alvina) is buried in Denver.

Yes, I know him (or know of him, he died long before I was born). He is the grandson of Christopher C Clonch and Martha Buster, through son Walter and wife Elvina. He is my great grandfather on my mother's side.

Sorry it took me awhile, I haven't checked my messages for too long!

Lucy Allen
Jarrott - I saw that you had left a flower on my grandmother's memorial page (Lucy Allen 18325127)who is buried in Pima, AZ. So, I was curious if you are related to the Allen's in Pima? It caught my attention because you are a frequent contributor in my neck of the woods (KS/MO). I have "small world" moments every once in a while on Find A Grave and have crossed paths with distance relatives that I didn't know. Just curious.

The memorial for Mary Farrow DeAtley looks fine as it stands now. If you just delete the first sentence of the bio about links - it should be fine. All the linked children seem OK (I can not vouch for James, as the tombstone is unreadable and I Have a birth year of 1844). Otherwise. I think it is good. And there is no link to parents, so I think you are fine.

If I'm missing something, let me know.

Sources: 1900 Census (Emmet Co., Iowa) and 1910 Census (Rosebud,McHenry Co.,ND) both record he was born in PA. Also, based on the 1910 and 1920 Census, Charles W. Coon most likely died in McHenry Co., ND. I am a descendant of Abigail M. Collins' grandfather who lived in the Shenandoah Valley, VA.
I based her death place as where the 89 yr. old Widow lived in 1910 Census with her daughter Martha A.and C W Coon.It was wonderful to discover the nice picture of her her gravestone. Sherry
