Genealogy has been my hobby for many years and I hope by sharing these tombstones and photos of my ancestors, as well as adding others as a FindAGrave volunteer, someone else will benefit. Most of my ancestors are also on Ancestry.com. Anyone is free to use photos I have created (but please don't automatically assume that every photo here was made by me.) Best of luck with your research!|

I am always excited when Family finds Memorials. I WANT for Family to care for the Memorials I've created for their loved ones. I've found a boatload of my own Great Grand Uncles and Aunts on Findagrave, along with Cousins removed to the Nth degree. I love this site. I love Family. Take care.

Hi Bill, I have never tried this before and seem to be having some difficulty with the info provided in the FAQs on how to link people. Just wanted to let you know that I am trying to do this.

Could please add another tombstone picture for Edwin Jones. I didn't know I had duplicated and I had to delete my memorial which contained your photo. He is in Cloyds Creek Cemetery, Blount, Tn.

Yes Bill if you want to transfer them I will tidy them up a little and add info where appropriate.
All the other war graves are family commemoratives which you will find are buried in other countries where they fell and the family grave only commemorates his death he isn't buried there. so you may find them as dupes. I have most of the photo's for these and will put them on their appropriate memorials. So all the ones where I've added photos are Cwgc stones and you can transfer them to me if you so wish. the others sadly you need to delete as they are dupes.
Their details will be on their original memorials and i'll add the photo of the private grave and link famiy where I can.

I have added most of the cwgc Grave photo's for your memorials. I have noticed you have put certain ones on that are Commemoratives. These are family graves and the soldier is not buried with in that grave. Some you have even added the details in the bio and it gives references to where buried one of which was reported missing and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial.
This Grave should be left on with the details of who is buried with in and the military conection should be sort out of the cemetery of which you have displayed other wise it is classified as a dupe which find a grave do not allow. I have some photo's of these commemoratives and in time will add them to the appropriate memorials. You should delete any that are dupes. You will have to go through the ones in the cemetery you have added that are private graves to see. All the CWGC ones are correct where ive added the photo's.

The inscription on this grave to an uncle Sgt Arnold Turner Y&Lancs K.I.A. Mar 9th 1917 is correct but do you know who is buried in this grave and the number and section of it.

No problem. Some of my ancestors were McMichens and I just noticed this connection with W.H. after finding some antique vinyl 78 records of his grandson Clayton. Thanks again.

Was just sitting here working on my memorials (they've gotten out of hand) and started thinking about your parents. Have many fond memories. Had forgotten how involved your Mom was with the new library.
Beautiful biographical words. Thanks for letting me be part of the process.
