I have been researching the Camp families for over 40 years as a request from my grandparents, Otis and Litha Camp, who raised me from an infant. I have visited many states and even been to Europe to get information. My wife is probably tired of me using our vacation time and money to visit Camp locations and cemeteries. I do this to keep the Camp memories alive and help us to remember them.|
I had gotten started with Find-A-Grave a bit late; consequently, many Camp memorials had been already created. To all you wonderful people who created memorials and have graciously transferred them to me, I THANK YOU!!
To all you wonderful photographers who have taken headstone photos, THANK YOU!! It all helps to honor our families!
I do NOT have my genealogy on Ancestry.com. I keep it in a database in my computer where I have complete control over it.
In my spare time I publish genealogy books for others as well as for myself. I have published several books on the Camps of New England. I have finished my book on the Camp Families from Edward Camp; all copies have been sold so we are adding more recent information and creating a second printing. A DVD version will be available soon as well. Contact me if interested.
After 6 years of cancer remission, the cancer returned in 2013. I believe I am in remission again.

Thanks so much for linking her to her parents.

To the right of John Camp Jr is the gravestone of another Child - Caroline Doolittle.
I did not see her entered into F A G.
Tomorrow I am going up to Plot 26 again and will take a picture of it for you.

|K L Bonnett||Memorial Deletion|
You said memorial I had transferred will be deleted. I have no problem with that. Thank you for letting me know. Majority of my memorials are no relation. The only time it is irritating is when my memorial has a large amount of biographical information and the owner of the older memorial fails to update theirs - possibly because they no longer participate in find a grave. Perhaps they died. Who knows. That is, at times, the failure incurred by preferring the older memorials to the newer ones.

Sorry to inform you that there are no markers in Greenlawn Cemetery for Edwin or his family. Edwin is my 2nd great grand father and I have searched this cemetery many times. The Greene Township Trustee has a map of the cemetery which shows the plots he bought when they opened the cemetery. There are no markers on these plots. I believe Edwin, his wife Susan (Lowery), Son William Ellis and his wife Mary (Daily) may be buried in these plots. Also his daughter, Amanda Jane Camp Cole/Mansfield is buried at Greenlawn. She may be buried in the Camp Plot or with her first husband, Owen Perry Cole. Owen and Amanda have no markers either, although their son, James Otto Cole, does have a marker located on the plot bought by O. P. Cole.
Hope this helps you research.

Hello! I am about to fulfill your photo request but unfortunately, it is a photo of the area, only. His grave is unmarked. I put a little flag in the spot where his grave is.
I am always disappointed when this happens, and it happened to me several times over the weekend.
I am sorry this was not a more favorable outcome.
