Bio and Links
Bio Photo I got interested in Find-A-Grave when I started doing genealogy on my family tree. This site has been very helpful in helping me gather up loose ends and find additional relatives I didn't know about.

I've also discovered some Find-A-Grave members that are related to me too (although distantly). It's like finding a long, lost relative - so much fun (and addicting).

I do not consider my photographs "copyrighted". I post them for the sole purpose of helping other genealogists in their family research.

Some surnames in my family tree are: Guth, Albertis, Aylesworth, Biernasz, Bristol, Doe, Leverich, Martin, Mason, Moose, Mussgenug (spellings vary), Squier, St. John, Tucker, Wasylowski, Way, and Wheeler.

Hello, I want to thank you for the work you have done with Find a Grave and my extended Hamsher family. I am so pleased to have pictures. Is this your family as well?
Thank you so much.

RE: Lewis Moose
I asked because some folks prefer to cite some or all of the obit in the bio of a memorial rather than cluttering the image area.

RE: Lewis Moose
I cancelled the Lewis Moose edit as I can't recall where I stumbled upon the information linking him to Arnold Moose. I'm not related to this family.

While trying to retrace my steps about Lewis, I found an obit for Arnold and added an image of the notice to Arnold's memorial. Let me know if you prefer it removed.

RE: photos
I'm curious why you would like me to turn off my date stamp on my camera.
Personally, I like it there so that if I want to go back and find my info for that particular photo, I know where to look.
I know it can be bad if it covers up a part of the inscription, which I try to avoid.

Your thoughts?

Carol

RE: Thankful Todd
When I zoom in, I believe I see her husband as Eliezer ... And since there are two Eliezer Todd graves in this cemetery, and one stone matches hers, I would rule out Gideon as her husband. Unfortunately, Todd is a common name in this area.

RE: Joseph Stanley Biernasz tombstone

You're welcome.
Sorry there isn't any date on his sided yet. Did he die recently? I added that same photo on both as you probably already saw.
I notice you have no death date for Joseph.
If you want to find his dates, email me and I will give you the number of the woman in an email, not on public message, that has the burial records for that cemetery.

RE: your hard work
Well, Thank You! I do this because I enjoy it and I am hoping it makes a difference to someone else down the road. And it keeps me off the streets (and in cemeteries). I think that too many people start to take this volunteering thing way to seriously after a while. To me it's just for fun and no one owes me anything when I am done. But, if Ancestry.com ever offered me six months free for all my "hard work" I certainly wouldn't turn it down.

Take care!

RE: your hard work
Thanks - I do what I do because it is fun for me - not for any other reason - thanks for taking time to comment - Sometimes I wonder if anyone reads the entries - I hope you find the people you are looking for. Jo
