I am retired and spend a lot of my free time volunteering. I have a great interest in genealogy, and because I know the feeling of frustration when you seem to come to a "dead end", I was excited to find this web site. It is my goal to photograph and get information on all the graves in Chippewa County, Michigan. A big undertaking, but not impossible. I can take pictures during the summer, and do research on them during the winter. Perhaps I will get a chance to help YOU. "Paying it forward" is the key! Happy hunting!! Sorry, but I do not do Canadian searches. |
I would be happy to transfer any of my memorials to you. I add many people that have nothing to do with me, so feel free.

Thanks again. This helps. Also, Susan Reilly apparently is not a relative.
|Scott Reilly||RE: Anthoni Radomski|
Thanks for the information. I knew that you were not related but you responded to a J. Thom last July and it looked like she was looking for information on Anthony Radomski. I think I forwarded her the same info but new to this so hope I hit the right buttons!
Yes, Julia Bozik is my great-grandmother, she was widowed from Anthony Radomski and re-married George Bozik. Alexander Robinson (name changed from Radomski) was Anthony's and Julia's son.
Charles and Victoria (Julia and Anthony's daughter) Reilly are my grand-parents. The name Susan Reilly is new to me. She was not married to Charles but wonder if she was somehow related. A number of Reilly siblings came from the Boston area in the late 1890's I assume to work on the locks but my grandfather Charles was the only one who remained with the others all eventually returning to Boston area.
In your post to J. Thom last July you referenced that Anthony's parents on death certificate were listed as Michael Radomski and Kati Mekarski from Poland. As far as additional information, when you have time, the death certificate of Julia (Radomski) Bozik would presumably give me the names of her parents which I don't have. Again, thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to do this research. Now, as for Theodore LaCoy Memorial# 100208940..I believe the headstone reads that he was a Native of "Montreal" Quebec because that is where one of his sons states in a document that his father Isidore LaCaille (Theodore LaCoy) was born in. Also, headstones says he died on the 29th at the age of 85. My son descends from this man through his fathers side..would appreciate it if I could get the memorial transfered over to my care..thanks, Tracey

|Barbara Sherriff Hahn||James, Darlene|
Is the snow melting?
Darlene is buried in her family plot, the name on the gravemarker next to her, Whise..., is her parent's graves. She married a James Cry. but I believe they were divorced and that's why she's in her family plot.
Do you know where Darlene Cryderman is buried, and James, her ex and mother-in-law. She died in 2008 and he in 2009 The father-in-law, Newton, is in Oaklawn too.
