Bio

To honor our passed relatives and friends with memorials on Find A Grave is a great way to reconnect with our families and make contacts with those "long lost" relatives. I feel that truely honoring a person is remembering their life, their passions and their loves and then sharing it with their families and others. This is my main purpose of being a member of Find A Grave. My personal goal is to get my family's direct line documented and "reconnected" as completely as possible. You can find my family descendant's names listed in my "virtual cemeteries".

I have documented many memorials in many cemeteries that are not my relatives. This is the way I "pay forward" the many family memorials that have been documented and/or transferred to me.

My transfer philosophy is simple. If you are a relative AND a closer relative than myself, I will gladly transfer. The only relatives that I will NOT transfer are those families in my direct line. I preferentially reserve non-family memorial transfers for family members but have also transferred to others that share my philosophy and have convincing justification to manage the memorial.

If you find any memorials that are in YOUR direct line or are family members, please request each transfer through the edit tab on each memorial. Please include your name, FAG#, relationship (if any) and justification for the transfer.

Finally, I am not a member of Find A Grave to build my memorial numbers, so please ask for transfers of your family members. Hopefully we can all get reconnected with our heritage as we reconnect our families. Someday my memorial will be on this list and I hope that someone in my family will manage my memorial with dignity and share my heritage and my life's story with my descendants, those that I have loved and those that have loved me.
