That picture was taken at 3284 Taylor Blvd, Louisville Ky. His mother's house, now a KFC parking lot.

Re: Pike Dynasty
Hello Sharon

I noticed the wonderful tributes that you have kindly created for members of your Pike Family.

I am related to Elsey 'Eliza' George Alice Pike of Sanbornton, NH, 1815-47, as she married my 3 X Great Grandfather, Geo J Bean in Lowell, Massachusetts on 01 September 1835. I would be delighted if we could connect and perhaps share our Family history together?

Very many thanks. Suzie (UK)

Don't know who did the restorations or how to do it correctly. The Heritage Foundation for Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville has done an excellent job at resorting their monuments. Some of their work is shown here - http://www.cavehillheritagefoundation.org/about/restoration/

Maybe they can lead you in the right direction. - Pat

RE: Schuler babies
Hi Sharon,
It's great to hear from you! I wish I had that information for you. Several years ago my computer crashed an I lost everything with it. I haven't had time to devote to it like I used to. Do you have an ancestry membership?

I did a search for that time frame an only these names came up:
Andrean Schuler abt 1894 19 Jun 1894
Alfred Schuler abt 1895 20 Feb 1896
Fred J Schuler abt 1895 4 Sep 1895
Josephine Schuler abt 1897 3 Jul 1897
Emma K Schuler abt 1898 15 May 1898

Blessings,
~Paula

Just go ahead and create the memorials and I'll add the photos when you tell me you're ready. I'm not one of those guys who's worried about racking up numbers for myself.

The monument is inscribed like this:

Anderson
Geibel

John William Abbie Lane Anderson
1896-1984 1898-1990

You are very welcome. There are two more buried on the other side of that monument, John William & Abbie Lane Geibel (if I remember correctly). Let me know if you want their picture posted. Haven't checked for memorials. Please, just delete my previous brain fart.
