My family research started in 1980.

In August 2007, I founded the Angel Babies Memorial Project. The mission of this project is to discover and record the gravesites of infants and children who died in New York City and other states between 1798 - 1948 and link them genealogically to their families.
Every memorial serves as a tribute to a youngster who died much too soon. They all deserve to be remembered and honored, and given a sense of dignity and love in death that may have been denied to them in life. By doing so, they will not be forgotten.

Sorry, I haven't been on for a while.
I would switch my photos to wherever you want but I can't find the other memorial you were talking about.

RE: Thannk you!
Thank you for the extra information! Ida is buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson, Passaic, New Jersey. After her second husband died, she stayed in NJ w/her daughter Helena and her husband. I am a stone's throw away and was glad to see someone else had entered her memorial and image (70897956) and transfered it to a family member much closer than I :) I am still trying to locate information on her first husband - I love the search :) Hope we cross paths again! ~Berta

RE: Henry Trump, # 30607339

Thanks for the details on Henry Trump. As we presumed, he is not the son of Friedrich "Frederick" Trump and spouse Elisabeth Christ. We see that his memorial has been modified accordingly. Unfortunately, at this time we can't provide any information regarding his parents.

Thanks again for all your research and efforts on this site, and best wishes on your ongoing work for the Angel Babies Memorial Project - a noble effort.

RE: Henry Trump, # 30607339
Do we understand that you have a New York death certificate for Henry which indicates that Frederick Trump and Elizabeth Christ were his parents? We are very interested in seeing that document. Is there any way we can arrange to get a copy of that record?
Thanks for your assistance,

Henry Trump, # 30607339
Although this infant is attributed as the son of Frederick Trump (# 43004916) and Elizabeth Christ (# 105719858), we believe this is incorrect, for the following reasons:
(1) unmarried Friedrich Drumpf (his original name) emigrated to New York City in 1885;
(2) he moved to Washington state in 1891, where he Anglicized his name to Frederick Trump;
(3) Trump was living in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory from 1898 to 1901;
(4) in 1902, he returned to his hometown of Kallstadt, Germany, to marry his former neighbor, Elizabeth Christ;
(5) the Trumps were expelled from Germany and he came back to the U.S. in 1905.
We wish to help locate the family of this infant, but cannot offer further information to assist. A photo of the grave may yield possible clues.
