If I have made any mistakes or omissions, please email me with the appropriate information so I can correct them. If you are closely related any of the memorials I have created, I'll be happy to transfer them to you upon request.|
Any picture I have posted is in Public Domain and free to use or copy....
Please if there are any errors let me know so I can correct them. Also any record will be gladly transfered to a relative of the memorial.
Don't believe everything you see on a cemetery tombstone — even if it is carved in stone! This applies to funeral home records, death certificates, and other death records as well. The information is only as reliable as the person who provided it.
The memorials I create are from mostly cemetery records. If you find a difference in birth or death year between the memorial and the headstone is because the cemetery record is a date is taken from a legal document. A tombstone is not a legal document. So stop trying to get it changed.

|George Shultz||RE: Transfer 83135678|
Richard At this time I have nothing to add. My mother was adopted and I have asked Find A Grave if they could come up with a way to enter Birth and Adopted names on the memorial and make it searchable. Thanks George

Kathryn Shultz is my mother and I would appreciate it if you would transfer her memorial to me. Also please transfer my sister Joyce 83135677. I have a question you may be able to help with. My mom was adopted, is there any way to list her birth name on the memorial page so it can be linked to her birth mother, father and siblings. This would help others searching by birth name to find her. Thanks George Shultz

Please read the caption I added to the photo. It explains that this is the plot she is buried in and the cemetery verifies there is no marker for her. If you would like a marker placed for her please contact the cemetery and they can assist.

|Larry Elrod||Parents of William Lowery Elrod|
Thank you very much for all your hard work!
You have the wrong parents for William Lowery Elrod. He is my grandfather. His father was Giles Elrod, born Feb 1847, died 1 September 1906 (was actually murdered on that date near Cedar Hill, Putnam County, Tn - I have copies of the court records). Giles is buried in the same cemetery as Lowery and Sarah Elrod. Lowery's mother was Frances (Fannie) Jones, who died about 1890 when Lowery was a young boy.
Also, the date of birth on his headstone is wrong. Should be August 1884. The dates for Giles Elrod are also incorrect on his headstone. Should be Feb 1847 and 1 September 1906.
