Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a military brat who finally settled in Layton, Utah. My family originally comes from Allentown and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and my husband's family hails from Michigan. I've been an amateur genealogist for about 10 years now. I really love this site because I feel I can give back to those who have helped me by helping those who need help. I really enjoy visiting cemeteries. It's quiet and peaceful. It gives me time to relax, get some fresh air and exercise.

duplicate of Elizabeth Browett
I have contacted her & waiting for reply - thanks for that suggestion - thought perhaps you knew her after making the transfer of the duplicate, and could get it back to delete.

I will wait for her reply & then contact findagrave admin. if no word. Thanks for your help ~Shirleen.

Hi Chris: Could you please check on this memorial you created in 2006 - I could not send an edit to you, because you have transferred it to stoogetech, member # 47224235.

It is a duplicate of 123925, created in 2000 by the Utah Historical Soc. and now maintained by kent shepard.

This is my great aunt and I would appreciate the memorial standing alone, so that links do not get messed up. Since Find A Grave is now utilizing the feature to stop transferees from deleting memorials - I don't think stoogetech could delete the dup if they wanted to, not being the original creator.

Think you can do anything to clear it up? - appreciate you - thanks ~Shirleen

Delbert Higley
I think I sent you the wrong message. Were you talking about Delbert Higley? Delbert is my cousin.

I was waiting for another request and thought it was you. Sorry about that.

RE: Link to parents
My children are the relative. I do family history for all of us. I understand if you don't want to. I'm glad you have at least responded. I can't get members to transfer my direct line or even respond to my request. It get really frustrating. If you don't care to do so I can send you some links, and I can add what pictures I find.

Thank you. Arla

RE: Elizabeth Heinbach
No, I'm not related. I thought you might say that she married Melvin in her bio.
Also, I found their son's (Joseph) obit, but it doesn't list the cemetery. It says the funeral service was at the Layton Mortuary, but didn't say for sure that he was to be buried there. That's how I knew her maiden name was McCue, from their son's obit.

Edmonds, Long Rapids Cemetery
Thank you for including the obituaries for your Edmonds submissions. It is always helpful to have that extra information. I appreciate it.

By the way, I noticed they usually spelled their name Edmunds in Canada.
