I have always loved to visit cemeteries. Sometimes the stories are obvious and some you can only imagine. I also love to take pictures so it was a natural for me to become a photo volunteer. I also wanted to make a memorial to my stepdaughter Brittney who died from injuries from an automobile accident. That is why I originally ended up on this site. I have gotten more out of this site than I ever expected to. It has helped me in grief, and I have found some very nice people on here also. It has given me a reason to get out of the house and get some exercise! (looking for headstone can be a challenge sometimes!) I have found family in far away cemeteries. This is just the best site ever!
Thank you so much for fulfilling my grave picture request out at Union Ridge Cemetery! There is a memorial for his wife, Faye Jewell Jordan Hargis with a birth date but no death date. Wondering if you saw a marker for her next to her husband? Your picture is proudly on my family tree giving you the credit!
