Hi,

I don't know the Archers, I just tried to fill a photo request for someone whom I couldn't find, so I just photographed every Archer stone I did find. I deleted the duplicate memorial.
I don't have much time right now, but maybe one weekend this spring I can make it over there to photograph anything you might need.
Regards,
Maureen

RE: Evans Lines in ClaytonCo., GA
Thanks for the info. This is actually not my line, as I said before, I only added them because the whole church was missing from FIndagrave. It is probably the line of a friend of mine who has Evans in her line. We have done quite a bit of research on it because she is a member of my UDC
Chapter and we have gotten her certificates on her
ancestors who were Confederate Soldiers. I will pass this info on to Nancy. Diane Starr Jones

RE: Evans Lines in ClaytonCo., GA
I believe they are two different people. The first one born 1843 was the daughter of Jesse W.
Evans b. 1829 in Fayette Co., GA. She married a
Bray. The second one b 1866 Married twice, first
to a Roberts and then to a Benefield. The memorial doesn't say who the father was. I took
this info out of the All Known Cemeteries Book of
Clayton Co. and established these memorials because I felt bad that they were not listed. Most of the people in this church cemetery did not
have memorial pages. As a researcher, it's very helpful when you can find a memorial page with info to help in your search. If these people either of them are your relatives, let me know and I will be happy to transfer them to you. It is very possible that the second one was a daughter of a brother of the first Dillie. Lots of time they named their children after their brothers and sisters. This brother could also have been a Jr. which would make both Dillie's have the same name father. Diane Starr Jones

RE: 38221044 Vivion
Let me dig around a little. I used to live near Winchester, but don't any longer. However, I've had some success in putting images into Photoshop with shadowing and getting good reads on the text. Do you have any theories? I'm assuming Vivian and Vivion of Clark county are more or less the same family name?
