Bio and Links
Bio Photo When I was 17 my great aunt gave me 10 family letters written to my gg grandfather during the Civil War. That is how I got fascinated with family history and have been investigating my family ever since.

As a single parent I always told stories of my family to my son while he was held captive in the truck. I tried to tell my son all the stories of his ancestors that were in the Texas Revolution, Mexican War, Civil War and WWI & WWII. My son never knew that you weren't suppose to spend your school spring breaks tromping through cemeteries in Fayette County, Texas.

I have loved genealogy since I was 17 and will continue to search for all those missing family members.

Feel free to use any photo that I have taken and placed on FindAGrave.

RE: Nikel
You are very welcome!!
It was perfect timing that I passing through Flatonia on my way from Poteet to Schulenburg and decided to stop off in Flatonia to a look for a young 3rd cousin's grave. That's when I logged into here and saw your request!

koin garrett
my grandmother is Radie Garrett. She passed away in 1994. She told me her dad's name was Koin Garrett, she was raised in Texas, and moved to Long Beach, Ca. I heard her talk of I think it was her sister "Dovey" . There were her brothers Doug and Jay. I didn't see any of their names on the "siblings" section. Is this the same Koin? Also I heard her speak fondly of Truman. thanks you, sincerely... Priscilla

Marilyn, I am not related either. I just came across it as I was sorting out my last group of pics from roselawn. Thank you though.
