I live in the Chattanooga, TN area. I am fairly new to family tree research, but I've been doing other kinds of research for most of my career, so this is not so "new" to me!|

Thank you for creating a memorial for my cousin Scott Cobble, and most of all the headstone pictures. Memorial# 119956430.
I also notice that you created a duplicate memorial for Scott's brother Tony Cobble. Memorial# 119956478. Memorial# 57266099 was created in 2010 by Richard B. Tucker, Sr. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=mr&MRid=46898412
This is only a suggestion, but you may want to contact him to resolve the duplication.
Once again, thank you for the memorials.

Thank you for the information on William McIntosh, I did not know his story. William was my 2nd great grandfather's nephew. All the information that I have on him is from census records and his death certificate. He was born in Yancey County, North Carolina, son of Alfred Newton McIntosh and Sarah Ann Proffitt. My great grandmother Lilly Jane McIntosh (1st cousin to William) moved from Yancey, County North Carolina in the early 1900's to Tennessee. The family has been separated by time and distance, I assume that most of his living relatives ( Mcintosh) are still in Yancey County.

Kim, I read the book and called LeRoy Phillips before I put up the memorial.I asked him for permission to use the photo and quote the book. Also had my book club read the book because I was greatly moved by it. I thought I had asked for it to be famous person status but maybe it wasn't accepted. Thanks for your message. Dona
