Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have worked on my family tree for 30 plus years, after visiting my family's final resting place and found head stones buried, off the base and broken by mowers. I want to record in Photos and memorials before the head stones are unreadable or buried forever. My husband and I work together on the memorials. You may use the pictures we have taken for your personal use or on Ancestry.com

The memorials we have added that are not my family will be transferred to the family member of the memorial. We believe memorials should be managed by family members or friends. Just Ask.

Old State Line Cemetery on Teague Lake Road
In Springhill LA, was in sad shape of neglect when I was there last at least 10 years ago. I don't think its ever been photographed or documented, except by those who know they have people there. A lot of the stones are missing and broken, sinking, and other natural abuse.

Haley Smith, gave the land for the cemetery. Haley was the father of Lydia Smith Brown who m. Thomas Floyd Jester in the 1860s. Thomas F. was the son of Levi Jester in 1850 Eldorado, Union, AR.

I know of one person there, Sarah Teague Allen, the first wife of Joe Allen and at least one of her babies. Sarah was the daughter of James Teague an Nancy (Hicks?) on the 1860 Jackson, Union, AR. James died in 1860.

Please transfer Marie Allen Kaylor, Cotton Valley Cemetery to me? She is my grandmother, and I would like to manage it.

Thank you.
