Interested in genealogy and family history. Member of Noble County Indiana Genealogical Society. I have been researching my mother's family primarily for the last four years. I was born a "Buckeye" but I have been a "Hoosier" since 1965. Alot of the listings are my relations except for Old Lutheran Cemetery in Fort Wayne. I currently reside in Allen County, Indiana and I blessed to have their excellent family history library close by when I started my research. Enjoy find a grave to preserve those who have passed and have gained many clues that benefited my own research. Many thanks to all contributors for all your work. Lately I have adding photos of some of Noble County, Indiana, my parents home area. Specifically Sweet, Krammerer, Rose Hill, and Old, Rehoboth Cemeteries. Also helping out with some of Allen County too.|
As I work through each row, if the grave is not listed, I place it on find a grave if I can identify it. Additions and corrections are most welcome. Please make sure any corrections are factual. I do not place photos of markers if the spouse is still living, for privacy reasons.If any of my listings are non-close relations, transfers are available to the decedent's family members.
Thank You for stopping by,

What a great idea, thanks!
I hope someone sees it and this document finds it's way back to family.
Thank you for all you do.

Hello- I found a marriage certificate in a local antique store and my first thought on seeing it was to check Find A Grave. You created memorials for a Charlotte Schotemeyer and her husband, and I am wondering if they are the same couple as in the certificate. His name is difficult to read, but it is clear they were both from Ft. Wayne and were married by a Lutheran pastor during wartime on 17 April, 1917. I'm hoping that you know this family.
Original documents are so precious, and the fact that some go up on walls as 'decorations' is a real loss to the families that should have them. If there is someone out there who would love to have this document home again, I would like to help. Any advice you could give would be appreciated. My email address is on my profile page, if you prefer.
Thanks very much for your time.

Many thanks! You are wonderful!
|OhioSearcher||Herman Miller @Concordia Lutheran Cem|
I see you have done a memorial for Herman Miller- he is the son of Frederick Miller(1841-1906) and Louise Miller (1848-1910) of same cemetery- if you could please link. Are you my chance a relative of this Miller Family? Please I am trying to track done a descendant of Frederick Miller- my family has had a heirloom item for over 30 years- that belongs to the Miller Family- I would like to return to them.
