Born in Louisiana, raised in Harrison County, Texas. Spent many summers on the island of Galveston, Texas with family, and owned a home there for a number of years as an adult. Interested in genealogy for over 45+ years.|
First let me say, I appreciate the time and efforts people spend to add to this site. It helps all of us who are interested in our family history.
I've read ~ Find A Grave's [site] purpose is a grave registration website not a genealogy site ~ Since there is space for a 'bio', it seems like a genealogy site to me and I try earnestly to add only true family links and information.
Like everyone here, I have spent MANY HOURS adding information to this site. My submissions are mainly family, ancestors, friends, many of my husband's relatives from our hometown of Marshall, Texas and nearby Harleton, Texas, Gilmer, Texas and some may be unknown persons by many except for being found here.
I will gladly transfer a memorial of immediate family members only. At the time of the request, please identify your relationship with the person you want transferred to you. Many of the memorials I've created are people who are either in my husband's tree or mine. Therefore, if you request one of those memorials, I will not be able to accommodate you.
I will be glad to link memorials if requested and a memorial number is provided. If the request isn't done as soon as you think it should have been done, KINDLY send your request again thru the EDIT link. I have not purposedly over-looked your request.
Photos (if you wish) may be added without my permission or my transfering a memorial to you. I will be glad to add your information to any memorial and add your name and number to the memorial, if you include it.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
"Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen."

Hi Ann - I saw your note on the memorial page of Arnold Albert Hasebrook, my 4th great uncle. I am a descendant of his brother, Gerritt Hasebrook, through his son, Christian Heinrich Hasebrook and his son, George Washington Hasbrook. I don't have a great deal of information on my great grandfather George Washington Hasbrook other than the little I've found online through Ancestry.com but would love to hear from you.

You are very welcome. Like many people on this website, I would rather see people who have a specific interest in certain memorials manage them. Thank you for making Find-A-Grave helpful to everyone who searches for their loved ones!

My uncle's mother was Viola's sister (Aline Granier Blackwell).
|Chip Landry||Viola Hebert|
Viola Granier Hebert has no headstone and apparently never had one.

Thanks so much for the transfer of Jane "Browning" Simpson

are you descendants of William and Deborah? They are my 3rd great grandparents. I descend through Charles Jones (their son) and Elmira Margaret Miller. Charles and Elmira's daughter is my great grandmother Mary Catherine Jones whom married Charles Wayne Rhoades.

You did thank me, but I appreciate the note... ☺

|Anita||RE: Any additional PROULX memorials|
Ok, I added a number of new memorials for this line (as far back as we have them). There are still sibling information that I haven't added yet, but the direct lines are in. You can begin with Thomas #136503066 and will be able to go back through him... My line connects with yours through Jean Proulx & Jacquette Fournier and Robert Caron & Marguerite Clouiter.
Hope this helps...

You're welcome. We're still trying to figure out 8 sections in the older part of the cemetery. I thought the GPS readings might help.

Happy to help out...thought you might want to add more to it eventually. Thanks!
