NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. Sometimes, God shows us a little glimpse of what He's has in store for us. Then the next thing we know, life comes along and upsets the apple-cart until it looks like what seemed so perfect at one time couldn't possibly be what the Lord had in mind. We give up on the idea, go on with living, and after time passes, end up getting what we'd one time had our heart set on -- and couldn't manage to get no matter how hard we tried on our own.
