My name is Linda Sue Matherly Dick. I am from Shady Springs, WV but now live in Princeton, WV. I enjoy working on genealogy for my family (Matherly/Slaughter/Meadows/Phillips) and for my husbands family (Dick/Cales/Brown/Hatcher). I enjoy this site and trying to make helpful additions for others.|

Linda, Thanks so much for the corrections.

You created a memorial for Terry A Milam Hall. I have submitted an edit for a correction to this because it is confusing the way my husband's aunt handled it. She put her husband Terry A Milam's plaque onto her brother Harry Hall's headstone. So this is 2 men. I can see where you have thought Terry would have been a woman and logically a spouse's name but that isn't the case. Terry was cremated and his ashes spread on the grave of Harry Hall.
Thanks for all the work you have done for Findagrave. I appreciate so much the effort and time that goes into it.

I want to thank you soooo much. I've been looking for Lydia and her husband Aaron Knight for years!! She was the oldest sister of my Greatgrandma who lived and died in Ohio. Sincerely, Kay

|Ryan Keller||Della M Reed (# 78232313)|
I just wanted to let you know that Della M Reed's maiden name is Brock. Her parents were John Edward Brock (I do not know when he died or where he is buried) and Mary Alice Smith Brock Buckner (memorial # 20614514). Her first husband was Arthur Thomas Corbitt (1899-1975; died in Idaho; I do not know where he is buried.) With Arthur, Della had two children. A son, Paul (I have already linked his memorial to Della's) and a daughter, Wanda (memorial # 87394178; Wanda was adopted at a young age by the Weidenfeld family.) I do not know if Della and her second husband, William, had any children. Della was my great great grandmother. Thank you for finding her grave!

Linda, again, thank you for finding my grandfather - he died before I was born so I never met him. This means the world to me.

I cannot thank you enough for finding my grandmother's grave. I haven't seen it since I was a little girl and I want to go there and take a little care of it. It means so much to me.

Thank you so much for the four photos of the Collins family headstones. Your help is greatly appreciated.

|MARIAN C CONNER||Eula May White|
Mary Alice Hicks Lucas was the daughter of
Thomas L.Lucas and Eula May White Lucas. Both Mary Alice and her father are buried in Resthaven Cemetery, but her mother is not.
Any thoughts on how to find Eula May's resting place?
