Thank you for the information. I added it to her memorial.
She married Edward F. Martin May 19, 1921 at Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas. They had one daughter, Tolie Pauline born in 1923. Pauline married Charles Montee.

|Judith Nan Lewis||RE: James Quentin Smith|
Thank you for you kindness in offering more information on the Holbrook line. I myself would like to know the parents of Mattie Lou Holbrook Smith Roper, so that I may add it to her memorial that I made for her today.
(memorial # 91801319). That would be all I would need on the Holbrook side.
I knew she was buried there as my Father and Mother made trips with Uncle Smitty (James Quentin Smith) and Aunt Myrtle Ruth Smith to the cemetery when they were visiting.
I had her birth date from Louie Eugene Smith's headstone and found her death date on the SS death index.
I'm sorry that I do not know Mr. Roper's full name, or I would add it to her memorial....do you have his full name?
I'm not a current member of Ancestry.com. so I am unable to view the items you mentioned. You were very kind to offer to help any of James Quentin Smith's family with their family history, however, James Quentin Smith and Myrtle Ruth Durham Smith only had one child together and she is no longer alive and she had no children.
The only other information on James Quentin Smith's family that I would like to find is were Louie Eugene Smith's Father, James Smith and his Mother, Ella Gilbert Smith are buried....so that I might link Louie to his parents. Do you know where they are buried?
Thank you for your kindness.
Until Later.....God Bless,
Judith Nan Lewis
