Hi Robert, I appreciate you pointing out that I had the siblings, Mary and Robert Warren in the wrong cemetery. It must have been a very long day for me when I was working on their memorials. Helen

Thanks, Robert, these are really great! I appreciate all your hard work and your willingness to help!
Hi Robert, apparently we think along the same lines. I decided against combining two photos at once simply because it compromises both images. If I have a lot of photos, I've just started paying the five dollars.
The workshop I attended said there is nothing we can put on stones to preserve them after cleaning. They stressed how stones are "living" and need to breathe--expand and contract with temperature. Wet and Forget was the second best formula they suggested! The folks said that on the intricate, old stones to use D/2 then annually use Wet and Forget to keep them clean.
It is too bad we don't live near each other. I would find it handy to have a cleaning partner. I want to begin stone repair, but it is just too difficult for one person. I'm happy to know there is someone else out there doing this volunteer work though. It is so satisfying to see these old stones come back to life.

Good Day Robert,
I am having difficulty locating our Great-Great Grandfather. His death certificate indicated he was to be buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Sanilac Centre, in August 1899. The writer of his death cert. spelled his last name SHELDEN WEAVER, His wife signed her name Ida Wever. He died in Elmer, Sanilac, Michigan at the age of 41 from TB. They owned property in Forest, Ontario.
Would you be able to give me some ideas as to where to go from here to locate his grave site?
I created a Find A Grave Memorial# 98738656.
Please and Thank you for any and all assistance.
I'm a stone cleaner, too, Robert. I took a class a couple of years ago and was introduced to D/2 Biological Solution. For the really old, detailed stones that are difficult to clean, you just spray the stuff on and walk away. Three months later it is clean. It is the only solution that the Indiana Historical Society promotes as safe for stones. If you are into cleaning the really old ones, you might be interested in checking the stuff out on line.
Thank you again for the work you do.
Hi Robert, thank you for locating Johnetta's memorial stone! I have removed the marriage data photo as you have requested. Thank you for taking the time to email me to do so.
