I did notice that you are a newbie and hesitated to offer a transfer because I wasn't sure you would know what that is.
Are you just getting started in genealogy? You start with what you know. Look at your birth certificate. Look at your parents birth certificates and death certificates (if applicable). Look for your grandparents birth and death certificates and talk to every single older relative. You want to know when and where births, marriages and deaths occurred. You want family stories and photographs.
To get started on FindaGrave you first need to know where someone if buried. Search that cemetery to see if a memorial has been made. If is has (as in the case of Dorcas Wilson Condrey) you can ask for a transfer. Though not everyone is willing to transfer memorials. If no memorial has been made you can make one. Go to the first page of the cemetery listing. (For Dorcas that would be: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GRid=76711789&CRid=2162369&). Click "Add a name to this cemetery". Then fill out the form and click "Proceed to step 2". When you create a memorial or have an existing one transferred to you, you are the only person who can make changes to that memorial.
