A burial location is needed to fill your photo request. The Restland office provides locations ONLY to family members. Please call them at (972) 238-7111 (the office is also open on weekends) and they will be glad to help you. Normally they will look up the location while you wait.
I (or another volunteer) will be honored to fulfill your request, typically within a day or two. If you created the memorial and prefer to edit it to show the plot location, that would be fine as I check the Restland photo requests regularly as do other volunteers.
Thanks for your assistance.
|AuntieJ||Request to Remove Photo|
Please remove the photo copy of the military patch from my cousin's memorial.
It has usurped an actual picture of him from the page.

Thank you for your understanding.

|Jane Gerrish Waddell||Coat of Arms on Eliz Gerrish Greenleaf #83021934 Memorial|
Hi Bonnie -
Could you tell me the origin of the Coat of Arms which you show on Elizabeth Gerrish Greenleaf's memorial? It does not resemble in any way the picture of the coat of arms which was shown in the original edition of the Bowcawen N.H. history printed in the 1870's which a family member used as a guide for a drawing in the 1960's.
The picture shown on the memorial looks like the type of concocted coats of arms put out by a company in Bath, Ohio.
You must beware of companies in Bath Ohio claiming to have family trees or heraldic items for your family name. Google "Bath Ohio" "coat of arms" and the first website that comes up deals with Scams aimed at genealogists coming out of Bath, Ohio.
I hope you will remove the photo of that phoney coat of arms to prevent others from believing it has some bearing on our family.

Are there tombstones for the FitzRandolphs at Saint James Episcopal Church Cemetery in Edison, N.J.? Where did you get the birth and death dates for these people? Just trying to get sources. I live in Ohio so can't pop into the cemetery.

Please delete the photos you attached to this memorial - the cross and the totally unrelated cemetery are pretty - but my photos of the actual grave are preferred.
I haven't checked the other memorials in Old Bedford Cemetery, but if you decorated them accordingly, I request that they be cleared out as well.
I must confess that I find it interesting, to say the least, that you call my grandmother family, even ancestor, but I do not know you and you list neither of her last names as being related to... I would appreciate an explaination of relation so that I can connect the dots... Maxine L. Farley... I also love how you have given her a couple of middle names that no one else in our family, even her borthers, were aware of her having... An explaination on this too would be appreciated....

"East Plymouth Cemetery
Currently (6-21-2012) there is no Sexton or Caretaker for this cemetery and burial records are non-existent."
The above is from the caption portion of your photo posted at the cemetery site. I think you should have done some research prior to publicly announcing something which is completely untrue.
In the first instance there is a part-time sexton since it is no longer an active cemetery. I will grant that some work needs to be done, but your statement is wrong.
Secondly, if you had looked in the North-East corner of the cemetery you would have found a small section of numbered stones and a stone stating that those interred there are listed in the public records at the town hall. The stone also notes volume and page. If you had bothered to go to the town hall, you might have been directed to the local historical society or to the Plymouth public library, both of which contain a volume extracted from the Sexton's records of that cemetery. The listings are alphabetical, chronological and geographic. The names and dates of all interments between 1846 and 1886 are listed; and in many cases the unmarked graves are located in relation to marked ones. The records are not confined to those years and also contain all those headstones listed in the Hale transcriptions.
Please retract the statement in the caption, and in future, investigate, and be sure of your facts before you make public pronouncements. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I have noticed that you have taken my photo and added it to Memorial# 69875209. Why would you do that? Why did you not remove it when asked. I am asking again, please delete the cemetery photo.

|Mary Meadows||Ann Sprowles|
I found Robert Sprowles at Rock Creek Cemetery and he was on the same headstone as a Mary Sprowles. It says that she was the wife of Robert Sprowles. Could Mary have been her given name for the Ann Sprowles that you added? The dates match with your Ann and the Mary already added.
