I love exploring and photographing old cemeteries in Maine. I am especially familiar with Androscoggin, Cumberland, Hancock, and York counties. I am a Greater Portland History docent and a member of SpiritsAlive.com, the overseers of Eastern Cemetery in Portland, Maine|

Hello Ben G,
Thank you for the very nice photos for Beryl..
I especially enjoy seeing the distance photos and the close-ups together, yours were very mice.
At this moment we have a scant 1" of snow on the ground, with a few more coming in Madison, IN.
And so - thank you for being a Find A Grave volunteer and have a great day in Maine, you have made my day here in Indiana!

Thank you so much Ben for taking the photo of my Aunt Maxine's gravestone! It's uncovered a new mystery as to why she's buried with another family but following the clues in genealogy is half the fun. Thanks for adding a new piece to our puzzle!

I had to pause at this. Howard was my uncle, the other my great grandfather. It is interesting to see that both Howard and Bernard were buried there. They were both Minnie's husbands, and since Minnie's son married Bernard's daughter (step siblings) it is odd to see them buried together. Thank you again.

Ben, thank you so very much. The William was my father's twin. I did not even know he had a stone. It is incredible that you have done this for me. Thank you again.
