|For years my mother was a researcher. She loved her hobby. I became one of many who joined her in searching out information. In her memory, I am sharing what I can. She gets credit for all the research, old obits and pictures. |
Lines: KING, HENLEY, MONROE, PATRICK, CARR, WEST, SMITH, EDEN, KOHLER, MACK, GRUHLKE, WILDER,and many more.
My father had 5 generations living in Clark Co Indiana and surrounding counties. I will be willing to check my information if you have a question.
I will gladly make additions,corrections or links.
PLEASE USE the "EDIT" TAB on the upper right side of the memorial to send the information and please include the memorial numbers of the family members you would like to have linked. If possible please let me know how you know any info to be true. I try to verify changes I make.
I will consider transfers within FAG"S policy.
The majority of people I maintain are related to me.
If you think you may have a closer relationship, just ask. My goal for every person I maintain is to have them linked to spouses and parents if possible.
PICTURES: You may take for personal use but do not post on other websites or sell them in anyway.

|Mindy||Photo requests for Ray and C. Smith|
If you would write to me with an email I can contact you at I went to the cemetery to fulfill your request and found them along with 9 other Smith's in the same plot if you would like the information. Raymond and Caecella Smith's stone have different birth years than you have on memorials, also. You can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. thanks

|Fields||Mary An Clapp Fields|
Mary is my GGGrandmother, I see you have a middle name for her and I'm wondering where you got that, as I don't have. It appears you know more than I. I would appreciate hear from you. Do you know of her parents. I've been looking for some time and I'm down to 2 choices from the baptizmal record from the New Market Presbyterian church:
1 David and Elizabeth Clapp baptized a Mary before Oct of 1839
2 George and Barbara Clapp baptized a Mary Jane before Oct of 1839.
If her middle name wasn't Jane, then it's probably number 1.

Just change the link for the mother on the three children, 145562534, 23741058, and 102301182, to 119033713, then send me a message so I can check that everything is done then you can delete the duplicate.
|Kenn Mileski||Theresa Pfaffel Mack|
I see that you created a duplicate memorial for her a few weeks ago at:
Here is the one for her that I created 1-1/2 years ago:
If you fix the spelling of her maiden name, add links to her parents, and upload the gravestone photo, I can delete the old one that I created. Can I ask how you may be related to her? Theresa is the sister to my wife's 3x great-grandfather, John Paffel. (134005966) (note: the first 'f' was dropped about 1880)
|C Gengler||Adeline Bauer Kronenfeld #122061170|
Thank you so much for the added information for Adeline L. Bauer Kronenfeld. I added the information to her memorial. I added the memorial just from the tombstone information, which let me to believe her last name was Bauer. Thank you again for adding more information about Adeline. Thanks, Cindy Gengler
|Patricia Max||RE: Michael Monroe son of William|
Well, I'll certainly dig into my paper files when I return home to AZ. It's hard to say from a distance what she based her information on.
I have no problems with your posting an edited version of what I sent. You have raised some valid points. The information I have on Arthur Monroe is very incomplete, but I never paid too much attention to him since I am descended from William and Margaret's son William.
I know there is a Clan Munro association that has done a great deal of research so I'll investigate what they have also.
I know how frustrating it is to have folks swear by the information they have with little to no documentation. I wrestled with an issue on my father's side with a marriage that was impossible but everyone thought it was correct until I finally found a copy of the marriage license that verified other information I had found. Family stories are very hard to overcome sometimes.
|Patricia Max||RE: Michael Monroe son of William|
Thanks for the response. I am not sure if you are saying that William and Margaret were not the parents of the last 3 children that I sent. I have documentation from my mother's research into the Monroe family and others that the 15 children I sent were indeed William's and Margaret's. I know that names were duplicated in many branches of the family so it makes it very confusing to sort out who belongs to whom. Based upon Margaret's age, she could have been the mother of them.
However, to be sure, I will recheck my sources when I return home.
|Bobby Hunt||RE: Margaret Mary Stumpf - Eastern|
Transferred Margaret Mary Stumpf and John Stumpf to you. I've always felt family belongs with family, no matter the distance in relationship.
|Bobby Hunt||Margaret Mary Stumpf - Eastern|
Hi. Information comes from the original burial lot card and supplemented by ancestry.com. There is no indication for a marker on the card, and I have never found one in the years I walked Eastern. There appears to be one central marker, and a marker for Amelia Witte and a marker in the space on the card only identified as "mother".
Lot belongs to Louis Stumpf. You are welcome to contact me via my email address and I'd be happy to send you a copy of the lot card.
