Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family tree off and on since I was 12 years old (so over 42 years). I feel it is often like a treasure hunt. I enjoy researching for others and enjoy seeing how much information I am able to gather for them.

My love for genealogy came from my father, Rev. Geo. K. Swartzfager. He was a minister and was able to learn and remember family members of most of his parishioners. I seem to have this same ability often to the annoyance of my own family. They often seem to feel this is a curse but I feel it is a blessing that I have gladly inherited.

As I said, I am willing to do research for others. I have several books to assist in this research: Cemeteries of Crawford County, Ohio, Volumes 1, 2A and 3; Marriages of Crawford County, Ohio 1831-1997; History of Crawford County, Ohio; Index of Applications of The Pioneer Families of Crawford County, Ohio; and Families of Crawford County, Ohio 1977-1978.

Please do not make duplicates of people I have added to Find A Grave. I am willing to make transfers whenever the person is not related to my family. I will try to respond/transfer as soon as possible. I enjoy working on Find A Grave and visit cemeteries to take pictures as often as possible. While in a cemetery in Pennsylvania, I met a cousin (living of course). You never know what you may find. A friend says she can't go by a cemetery without thinking of me. My daughter just thinks its creepy. Hopefully someday my children will inherit some of my genealogy insanity.

Washington Tustison
Thanks for the heads up on the duplicate memorial. I have emailed the other individual so that they will move their find a grave page, to the correct Evergreen Cemetery, in Newville, not Auburn. I have also attached my information to their memorial. When they make the switch to the correct cemetery, I will remove my memorial. Thanks again. Cindy

William Tustison
William Tustison was born 12 October 1826 and died 14 September 1876. Somewhere I understood he had a very large funeral procession out to the Tustison Cemetery. Do you if there are any old newspapers on microfiche or otherwise that might have a record of this event?

Frankford LaRue

I didn't want to change the name on this grave since you posted it, but I think his name is just Frank, as on his tombstone, or Franklin. At least that's what my records indicate.

Thanks for posting this grave.
