I have lived in Platte County, Missouri all my life and since retirement, I now have time to work on Family Tree. My father's family came to Platte County abt 1890 and my mother's family came to Platte County abt 1850. My wife's family have lived in Platte County since 1841. I volunteer at the Platte County Historical Society and enjoy finding families at cemeteries.|

Hi Bill, I wanted to thank you for updating my 2nd great grandfathers grave information. I noticed you posted his obit up there since the headstone is missing. I have that obit already but I don't have much more info on him from his time in Dearborn. If you happen to have found anything else about Robert 'bob' parigo in the papers there I'd love to know where to look or get copies! Brandon

Hi "cousin" Bill,
Martin Baker (1773-1848) and Esther Walton (1776-1857) were my 4th Great grandparents. Do you know if there any other pictures from the cemetery or have any idea where it is specifically?
|Mark Bugajski||William Griffith (1760-1800)|
Hello Bill, I'm curious where you got the picture of William Griffith's headstone. Find A Grave Memorial# 111464844. Did you go to the cemetery or know it's exact location? My 5th great grandfather Lieut Martin Baker, Sr. is also buried there. Actually, I'm related, at some level, to all of the people listed as being buried at Griffith-Cook Cemetery. I'd like to find it and see about getting more pictures there. Any information you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bill, do you know anything about Charles Grable's parents Joseph and Margaret Kail? Joseph's last known places are around Doniphan Kansas, and I wonder if he was with Charles at some point in Missouri. I am a decendent of Charles's brother Jason.
