Bio and Links
Adding all surnames of my familys great grandparents, regardless of possible relation, that include but are not limited to: Bender, Clark, Clarkston, Garrison, Grote, Herman, Kies, McCoy, Nees, Oswald, Remmert, Snyder, Vogelsong, Vreeland, Yoder and Zook. If you need any additional information added to anything I have put onto here do let me know.

The easiest way to now request edits for any of my memorials is to submit an edit through Find A Grave. They are much easier to process than digging through hundreds of emails.

Her maiden name was Vanhise & she married Jacob Conrad on 1-29-1837. Check her daughter's husband's memorial page for some interesting info.

Charles R. Docherty

I've sent a biographical addition several times for Charles R. Docherty (Memorial# 37066927) via the edit link, the last time was Sept. 28 (also posted in this message list) but it still hasn't been applied. I am wondering if you could apply it now. Thanks for your help.

Could you please post bio information as previously sent?

Bio: "Charles R. Docherty born 1884 married Esther C. Jensen on Nov. 12, 1924 in Harlan, Ia. His parents were John Docherty and Mary Louise (Hayes) Docherty." - Additional information provided by Russell Thompson (#48252889) on 5/31/2014.

Sent a number of birth/date edits
FYI I sent a number of birth/date edits to memorials where a kind photo volunteer has uploaded headstones with dates.

I recently requested a photo of his cemetery headstone which had his birth date and death date engraved on the headstone. I hope that you will find the time to edit the Memorial page and add that information. I do appreciate your creating this memorial. Alane Beck

You have the mother of this baby that died, Alice E Davis listed as Anna Finley Davis. Do you have a source for that information? I think that Dr. John Calvin Davis was married to a Alice Overton. I think this might be their child. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you for creating this memorial.

My family and I have been working in Forest Lawn Cemetery to update the memorials and photograph existing headstones.

I have submitted many edits to you over the past three months.

Initially you were very good about processing them but lately they have been ignored. I am not sure if you have seen the new editing process but you are no longer sent emails about an edit request.

You must actively look for the requests in the edit tabs now and since you handle so many memorials I'm sure that is not an easy thing. However, I need edits done for the extensive work I have completed in the cemetery.

My family and I are looking for several lost loved ones in Forest Lawn Cemetery and we found that in order to help ourselves it is easy to help others in the process.

If you have found any errors in my submitted edits please let me know so I can correct them in my own database as well.

Thank you.

Effie P. Cook
P is for Pearl. She was the sister of my grandmother.

I am trying to find the date and final resting place of her father John Hiram Cook and her brother "John".

Her father John Hiram Cook divorced her mother after 1904 when the younger brother "John" was born and passed away a few weeks or few months later.

John Hiram was on the 1910 and 1920 census U. S. with his 2nd wife Anna, but she appears as widowed on 1930 Census U.S.

They reportedly lived in Omaha during all that time and if I were to assume, they would be buried in Forest Lawn near Effie. If there is any way to check I would appreciate it. Mother's name was Daisy Dell nee Babb Cook. Thank you.

Thank you.
