|I have been interested in genology since 1979. We, my husband and I enjoy it. I thank everyone on find a grave for their efforts and the work they do to help others.|
Thanks to my husband, Dan & his friend, Dean, who go to cemeteries that are hard to get to and take pictures for me to add to memorials. I have taken a lot of them myself it is a joint effort.
I hope thru the pictures and Memorials that we are helping someone make their connections.
If I have a memorial and you are a relative feel free to go to edit and request a transfer. If they are not in our families I will be glad to transfer to you. I love it when they are personalized.
Barbara & Dan.

If you ever go to the Clarksburg area I have three photos that would mean the most to me! My 2X GGFather is near Wilsonburg in a Lynch Private off the Limestone Road. I have a google maps picture with coordinates. He rests with my 3X's Hiram & Nancy. Never seen one of John. Also would like fresh look at Hiram & Nancy that are there, they are standing. The other is Peter Lynch sr. at Jackson Cemetery in Clarksburg. His stone was reset 2012 after it had been missing for several years and found in a ravine near there!
Not a request, just if! Take care, MJA

Bennett Ingram Hudkins MD from WVA was my 3rd great grandfather.
I recently became a member of Ancestry.com and have been working on my family tree. I noticed your comment on this website about Nancy Euritt not being his wife but his grandmother?
Every record I'm running into on Ancestry.com is saying she was in fact his wife. I have even looked at the actual marriage record.
If you have inside information on this family can you please share? I would really love to have the most accurate information.
|J Vaughn||Memorial# 98885150 - Irene S. Pratt|
I think I may have some info that will clear up the mystery of the death date on Irene S. Pratt, wife of Ora E. Pratt. Irene S. Pratt is actually Bertha Irene Cutright, born July 8, 1908 in Weston, Lewis, West Virginia. I think the reason that her grave marker says Irene S. Pratt is because when she married Ora E., she was Bertha Irene Squires. Her first husband was Charles Howard Squires. I have found a 1950 City Directory for Clarksburg, WV on Ancestry.com listing Ora E. and Berthie I. Pratt living in West Milford, Harrison County, WV. However, Berthie I. is listed as Irene Pratt in the SSDI with her last residence as 26301 Clarksburg, Harrison, WV, USA. This same last residence is listed on Ora E. Pratt's SSDI. I don't know whether that is enough evidence, however, I think it's reasonable to say that Irene S. Pratt's death date is April 5, 1988. If you would like any other info on Bertha Irene Cutright, leave a public message and I'll get back to you.

I completely understand the problem. I've just gotten a couple of my own cleared up. Very frustrating and take lots of patience by the time you wait on the other manager, then present to Find A Grave. Anyway, I just noticed it and wanted to call it to your attention in case you weren't aware of it. Good luck!
|Mark Aschenbrenner||Bethel Cemetery & others|
I love it when I bump into your listings! I know and feel how right you do this site with the addtions you have provided others.
I noticed you have Bethel in your virtual cemeteries. Would enjoy stolling though those. I thought you told me you've been there, but the place was deteriorating a bit.
Do you ever get to the Clarksburg area! ? I've got a 2X great there, that I finally know it's location.
Wishing you & your team the best!
|Bryan Campbell||Thomas Dragoo Gough|
I am grateful for the added picture to this website. I was wondering if you have any additional pictures of the Gough family? Thomas Dragoo is my 3rd Great Grandfather. Would you have a better quality picture of the one you added to this site? When I scan a picture I like to make it between 700K to 1.5 Mega byte in size. That way I can zoom in closer, or seperate the people on the photo to put in the folder I made for them.
