Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been digging up family bones for over 20 years now. Every new find is as exciting as the first one was. Any little new piece of the puzzle called my family tree renews my enthusiasm in searching.

My family branch is:
Parents: Richard Clemmer Polk and Helen Iris Carpenter
Paternal grandparents: Nathan Delos Polk and Erma Tennyson,
Maternal grandparents: Harvey Wesley Carpenter and Genevieve Myrel Trimbell

I am very grateful to the volunteers on Find A Grave that go out and photograph headstones for me. It is a part of my family tree that I probably would never get to see. I love getting that mail saying, "Find A Grave photo success".

I have added pages for non family, so if you see one that is yours just contact me and I will trasfer the page to you.

Carpenter Family
Hi! I am Thomas Jefferson Carpenter's great granddaughter. I have attached a photo that I am in possession of but do not know all who are in the photo. It can't be just children, so thinking it may be siblings as well. Was hoping you might shed some light on this photo or know someone who could. THANKS!

And I thank you for both the making of this memorial page for her and the updates you've added. The family is coming back together!

RE: Mary Clemmer
No problem. Someone must have gone and taken a photo later.

I took 3600+ photos at that cemetery. It will take me a while to post all of them! Let me know if you'd like any "originals".

Couple of Gravers
RE: Appolonia Ford
Hi Patricia,

My apologies, but I had tried to click the name below Appolonia, and didn't notice that I had opened the wrong page until I posted Sally Locke's marker on Appolonia's page. I have noticed that when the ads open at the top of the page, everything shifts down on the page. I suspect that this occured just as I was trying to click the person below hers.

I had to remove the photo, and unfortunately, it also removed the photo request. I had unsuccessfully looked for her marker some time in the past, and had posted that I had searched unsuccessfully for it.

It was unintentional, but I knew that you would be contacting me, and I could explain what had happened.
