I started into genealogy in 1990 and enjoy tracing my family's history, and learning about the history of the area's my ancestors lived in. I take pictures of many headstones when I go to a cemetery, so if you see a memorial page I have and you are related, don't hesitate to ask for a transfer. (If you would like for me to transfer a page to you, please let me know by using the "edit" button since that will provide both a link to the page and a link to your contributor page with the necessary ID# for the transfer).|
I especially try to get photos of our veteran's headstones as I believe they have all earned, besides our gratitude and other things, the right to have a memorial page on this site.
Anyone wishing to use the photos, in their genealogy, that I have posted on this website are free to use them.
Anyone wishing to have memorials that I have added removed from find a grave need only send a request. I put the memorial pages here so that family members in search of ancestors can find them, not to offend anyone.
Names I am tracing: Boone, Musser, Baney, Boston, Kyttle (Kittle), Monroe, Swire, King to name the main ones.

Thank you so much for taking the photo of Christopher Boston's stone. It looks very worn. I hope you had a pleasant visit.

Thank you for being so willing to help start connecting some of my many distant Colvin cousins with parents and spouses.

Hi, I found your submission for Mary Patricia Knickerbocker Washburn and am wondering if you have any connection to the family. I research the Knickerbocker family that primarily lived in Michigan, and am wondering what happened to Mary's father Fred. Thanks, Suzanne

You're welcome. Hirum Honeycut is quite the mystery. I searched for his death notice in the Indianapolis Star on ancestry.com and could not find him. The only thing I can think of is he died outside of Marion county and was brought to Crown Hill from a surrounding county. That happened quite a bit.

The location of my grandfather's final resting place had been a mystery since 1965. Your picture and information (for his headstone) had finally brought a conclusion to our family's search.
Thank you so much. It means a great deal to us.

Hi, Jay -
Thank You so much for transferring Mr. Amaker to me; I'll try to find out more about him and add to his page...I hope that the people I'm sending your way to visit your own pages are leaving some interesting words and tokens - you've put alot of hard work in on this site, and many, many people do appreciate it. =) Have a good night - Best, RCP and Gannon Blue
