I've been working my family tree for over 30 years now and I'm still finding information. Some of the surnames I've been looking for are EVERHARD, GIBSON, GILBERT, LIGHT, SPICE, SPROUSE, WOODSON, YOCKEY.|
Since I have received a wealth of knowledge from Find-A-Grave memorials, I also photograph headstones in various cemeteries and upload the information and image. I do not mind updating memorials nor transferring them if they are not related to me--just let me know.

Thank you for checking. I am pretty certain this is our George and that Jerry is his father. I am out of state and will have to order his death record to be certain but he fits what we know. Thank you for double checking!

Hi There, I was just wondering if you remember who George D. Coleman from Crozet was buried next to or with ?
I am trying to find my uncle, James D Coleman's father and believe this to be him.

Wow You're Amazing "Wolfie"! Thank you so much for my first recieved transfer! So I take it we may not be related then? Names I'm working on: Glass, Morris, Critzer, Clark.

Good Morning, I am a volunteer on Find A Grave, as well as a researcher of my family. Recently I was at Roosevelt Cemetery in Gardena, CA and took a photo of Alvin L. Light, Find A Grave Memorial# 136576580. I see you are related to the Lights and have memorials of his siblings. I have linked Alvin to parents and he is now linked with siblings. Thought you might like to know for your research and records. Sincerely, Jerry Hughes
I request permission to use the photos you took of the family at the Woodlawn cemetery Ref. 60079633. for my Ancestry. Com Tree. I will give you full credit for the photos.

Thanks for the information, I put it in a note in her bio. I appreciate all the information and things you do for Findagrave, and I know others will too.
I noticed on your profile that you are researching Everhards. My great grand aunt, Olive Nina Hoffman (1871-1950) married Charles Daniel Everhard (1870-1921), s/o Isaac and Matilda Ream Everhard.

Thank you so much for the excellent tombstone photograph for Katie Kendig Miller. I am very grateful for your kindness in taking the time to do this for me.

I have made the corrections.

I have been going through my Akron City Directories for my Find A Grave listings. I have them from 1859 to 1969. I decided to check out Deloss Smith. Here's what I found:
D. Smith, lab, works - north side - Liberty St., by Bever St. & Akron Road.
Delos Smith, agent - Howe Sewing Machines, over City Bank, Market St., home - 512 S. Broadway St.
Delos Smith, clerk - N.E. Van Sickle.
Nicholas E. Van Sickle was a railroad contractor plus he was a dealer in cigars & tobacco. He was located at 105 E. Market St., Van Sickle lived at 116 N. Broadway St.
From 1880 untill 1889, Deloss lived at 146 S. High St. No occupations were listed for these years. They spelled his name all sorts of ways, DeLoss, DeLos, Delof.
From 1895 on, Deloss is not listed in the Akron Directories. He may have moved to Wadsworth by then. I don't know.
