Dear PupDawg

My father got married lots of times :) -- so i am the daughter of his first wife, Aurora, whom he met right after the war in Manila -- they married in 1948. Yes we will have to exchange notes. I wish i didn't have a day job so i could burrow down into all this genealogy stuff! I just sent in my dna test kit too and i'll let you know if it looks like i am really related to you - LOL

See you --

Dear PupDawg --

We are related! Thanks so much for all of this information. My great grandfathers were Thomas H. Murphy and married to Jane Angelina LeBlanc, son and daughter of Patrick Murphy (Bridget O'Brien) and Simon Pierre LeBlanc (White) and Celeste Landry.

Isn't this stuff cool?

RE: Irene and Estelle Penning
Certainly feel free to use the photo. Miss Penning was a most wonderful lady doing a tough job at Southbury...everyone loved and respected her.
