West, Jr., entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 29, 2015. Her graveside service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2016 in Bethany Cemetery, 10 Cunnington Avenue at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. DOWNTOWN CHAPEL. Cecilia was born December 14, 1914 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Herbert A. Boland and Caroline Isabel Bahr Boland. She graduated from Memminger High School. Cecilia was a lifelong member and the oldest member of St. John's Lutheran Church. The family would like to thank the management and staff in the assisted living at Franke at Seaside as well as Lutheran Hospice for their excellent care. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Herbert A. Boland III (Kris) of Summerville, SC; Wade Boland of Cordele, GA; Marguerite K. Stoddard of Cleveland, GA; Davyne K. Williamson of Kingstree, SC; W. David Kelly of Charlotte, NC; Caroline J. Gamble (John) of Charleston, SC; James S. Boland (Claire) of Titusville, FL; Betty B. Lamb (Bobby) of Vienna, GA; and Raymond G. Boland of Cordele, GA. She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
