The gravestone photos I take are for friends and family to use in their research. You may copy them, but if you publish or use them on another site please give proper credit due. Thank you.|
Any added information to the memorials has come from my own personal research or other contributors. Suggestions for corrections or additions are always welcome.
A huge THANK YOU is due those (especially EMILY, JERE, PATTI, and ADAM) who walked, read, catalogued, published books, and/or posted to the county websites long, long before Find-A-Grave was born! They are the true pioneers of cemetery research in our county, and their work makes our contributions much easier.
One of the best rewards of working on Find-A-Grave is the opportunity to work with those contributors who truly care about the loved ones of others and are willing to share the memorials.
When we work together to make the Find-A-Grave memorials as accurate as possible we are honoring the memory of someone's loved ones.

I am wondering if new stones might have been placed since I took my photos. I photographed every stone in the cemetery when I was there. Not impossible I may have missed some but great effort was taken to not permit that. I just can't imagine the stone could be cleaned up that well. Thanks for your photos. I have deleted mine since yours are much better. The stones 'do' appear to be in the correct location.

Thank-you for taking your Time & Effort to go out and take the Headstone Photo of both Flossie & Charles Orr Headstone. As is wonderful for me to see but for the many others that will also now see it.
FYI, we may have a distant relationship:
Charles Arthur Belew (1883-1943) married Susie Pinckley - 2nd cousin/twice removed
James William Belew (1846-1917) married Nancy Caroline Pinckley - 1st Cousin/Thrice removed
Anna Belew (1813 - ????) married Scott Pinckley (1810-1853) my Gr-Gr-Grand Uncle

Thanks very much for the transfer. Marguit is my grandmother's great-grandmother. Thanks again. I just assumed not to ask for the transfer. You have made my day.

Thank you for the transfer to me.
Your time and efforts are very much appreciated from one too far away to explore myself.
Thank you again,

Please be aware that I did not send the message. It came from Carolyn Stanton (#47153996). She is a possessive troll who thinks certain graveyards and al.com on-line obituaries are her personal domain. She sent a ranting message to me recently wherein she intimated she would inform my friends what she thought of me. If you received the above message I apologize for any offense it may have caused. Please feel free to complain to Admin about it, or any future spam from her that you might receive.
