I have found Find-A-Grave very helpful in my research. I wanted to help others find their families. I try to put as much info. as I can, I take information from death cert. I belong to site groups, I share their families information. I believe our lost Loved ones should be remembered and honored.|
I do appreciate all the help I have gotten from everyone on this site.

The "nickname" in maiden name field is difficult to search. I've been going through EVERY ONE on Find A Grave, still with about 12,000 to send corrections on. I doubt you have more than a handful of those.

My personal opinion is that he IS buried in Thornhill Cemetery.

Thank you Sue. I do have the marriage cert. how can I send it to you? I do have the 1870 census report. There is an 1850 census with a family of "Kirchhoff" family in St. Charles MO. so I am wondering if they are the family. Not sure what to think about the Muenster name. Thanx again
|Michael Covert||Josephine Muenster Wiggen|
I am the 4th great grandson of Louis Wiggen and Josephine Muenster Wiggen. I am trying to put the pieces together about their family. I recently found a marriage license with their daughter Josephine Wiggan (my 3rd great grandmother) that married Jacob Koletzky then married John Wilson and then at age 63 married Edward Furlong in Opheim Montana. On the marriage certificate is states her father was Louis Wiggan and mother was Josephine Kirkhoff. My question is do you think her mother's maiden name was actually "Josephine Muenster Kirkhoff"? From what I have seen they don't normally put the wifes maiden name on the headstone. I have a letter also stating that Louis's brother John took the remaining children home with him to Hartington Nebraska after they died. There was another son that died with them named Franc Anton Wiggan b. 1869 d. 1874 but I can't find his grave. If you have any information or can let me know if I am on the right track you can contact me at "email@example.com" Thanx Michael

Thank you so much for responding so quickly! And yes I am related to Frank Kaimann but only distantly. Only if its no trouble, any information you could find would be very helpful. I appreciate this very much! Thanks.
