thanks for the information... my grandfather is Fred Klouda.. his brother... my father Joe Klouda was named after his uncle I assume. It is always interesting to read about where you came from

Thank you, Nancy, for sharing Arthur Frenssen's obituary. It was very interesting to read since my husband is one of his sons, listed as "Randy Koepke," under the survivors. Did you know Mr. Frenssen personally? It's been 20 years since his death, and my husband never knew his biological father, so I am just helping him search for more information that might help him connect to "lost" relatives ... He was supposed to be buried at Memorial Gardens but that was cancelled and he was buried with his parents instead. If you are familiar with the local cemeteries you will know that the one in the pictures is not Memorial Gardens.
SSgt McAlister is buried at Orchard Mesa Cemetery, Block H, Lot 183, GS 8. His urn is buried underneath his marker. His parents are buried in GS 7 (Eunice) and GS 8 (Guy).
Could you please make the correction for the cemetery. Thank you. Cara
