Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family tree off and on since I was 12 years old (so over 42 years). I feel it is often like a treasure hunt. I enjoy researching for others and enjoy seeing how much information I am able to gather for them.

My love for genealogy came from my father, Rev. Geo. K. Swartzfager. He was a minister and was able to learn and remember family members of most of his parishioners. I seem to have this same ability often to the annoyance of my own family. They often seem to feel this is a curse but I feel it is a blessing that I have gladly inherited.

As I said, I am willing to do research for others. I have several books to assist in this research: Cemeteries of Crawford County, Ohio, Volumes 1, 2A and 3; Marriages of Crawford County, Ohio 1831-1997; History of Crawford County, Ohio; Index of Applications of The Pioneer Families of Crawford County, Ohio; and Families of Crawford County, Ohio 1977-1978.

Please do not make duplicates of people I have added to Find A Grave. I am willing to make transfers whenever the person is not related to my family. I will try to respond/transfer as soon as possible. I enjoy working on Find A Grave and visit cemeteries to take pictures as often as possible. While in a cemetery in Pennsylvania, I met a cousin (living of course). You never know what you may find. A friend says she can't go by a cemetery without thinking of me. My daughter just thinks its creepy. Hopefully someday my children will inherit some of my genealogy insanity.

Re: Ethel Fisher
Ms. Scott - I received your message stating the record I entered was in the wrong cemetery. Kindly inform the Find A Grave # for the correct Ethel so I can conduct research. Thank you.

Kathy: I appreciate all the work you do for genealogy, however, I do not attach obituaries to any memorials, to protect the living. I am more than willing to transfer most memorials I have put on find-a-grave. If the family is interested I'd be willing to transfer Mary's memorial.

Oakwood & Martin Luther Cemeteries
As you might tell I am use to hitting enter!

I have lots of Mollenkopf family buried in these 2 cemeteries. Mollenkopf was my Granny's maiden name so they are not too far removed. Could you possibly take a picture of Martin Luther Cemetery to post on here. When there is no marker, I really feel better to see the cemetery where they rest.
I appreciate all the work you do in Ohio since I will probably never be there in person. Any info on the Mollenkopfs would be appreciated. John George 1838-1923 and his wife Mary Zimmerman 1845-1897 are as far back as I know.

Thanks so much, Deby

Broken Sword Cemetery
I can't thank you enough for all the photos you've taken in this cemetery. So many members of my Oberlander relatives and those married into the family are buried there. You've helped me find additional members of the family by the links or headstone photos also. Thanks again for all the work you do.
