I enjoy photography and taking pictures of tombstones is something I have done for several years (20) but mostly to document my family. I was looking for relatives buried in a cemetery and stumbled across Find A Grave and found more pictures of several family members and started taking pictures for Find A Grave so others would have the same opportunity to locate their relatives.|
At State of Ohio Feebleminded Cemetery all uncovered stones have been photographed and posted... now to find the other 500 or so that are covered and/or missing.
If I have posted a memorial of one of your family members and you would like to have it transferred to you, Please submit any additions, corrections, biographies,or family links to me under "EDIT" and "SUGGEST A CORRECTION" on the memorial site.
IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE FAMILY LINK NUMBERS, LINKS WILL NOT BE MADE. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE NUMBERS BEFORE SENDING.
DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR DIFFERENT MEMORIAL CORRECTIONS ON ONE MEMORIAL SITE. GO TO EACH MEMORIAL SITE YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AND MAKE YOUR REQUEST THERE IF YOU SEND WITHOUT THE MEMBER ID I WILL NOT LOOK IT UP. THERE ARE TOO MANY REQUESTS WITH MISSING INFO. ASKING 2 OR 3 TIMES WITHOUT THE INFO WILL GET THE SAME RESULTS.

Thanks for posting the grave photo. Is it okay to use the photo, as long as I cite you as the source? P.S. Are you a relative? David was my 4th cousin.

Thanks for posting the info. It is appreciated!
How long ago was that? I encourage you to try again, maybe they have new people on there!
I don't know how and why they do what they do, but wasn't she shown in the earlier days of tv when most day time shows were "local"? And wasn't she shown all over Ohio and maybe other states as well? You would know better than I, but I am thinking maybe Kentucky and Indiana? Surely at least all of Ohio.
I read the forums (never post, not that brave)and have seen many discussions about getting someone considered famous. Some seem to get rejected with no reason. I agree some that they refused were local, but that was they were famous in one city, Luci was bigger than that.
She lived not too far from me at one time, and I remember seeing her in a small local grocery when I was small and being star struck!!
At any rate, thank you for her memorial, you did a great job!!
(and she is famous!!)

I see you created the memorial for Luci and was wondering if you had tried to get her designated as "Famous" on the site? From reading the FAQS about it it seems she would qualify as she certainly was famous statewide (maybe tri-state?) I think you'd have to just tweak the bio a bit to start out with "actress" etc, but what you have written is very well done. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=bios
I'd like to see her get her due, she was a pioneer, knew children and gave so much to us all.
