Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was introduced to Geneology in 1980. I've been addicted ever since.

I am THRILLED to make transfers to ANYONE provided they are going to improve & take care of the memorials and that I have not placed a RED FLOWER on it. BRIGHT RED FLOWERS indicate my family, relatives and V.I.P.'s. I won't usually transfer these memorials. I'm not picky about relationship, family or not. Just because I walked into a cemetery with a digital camera or I opened a cemetery book and created memorials does not mean I own anything or have the right to be difficult or greedy ....... I promptly fix mistakes and delete doubled memorials, please let me know! These memorials belong to US as a group and they are actually OWNED by Ancestry.com.- not me.

The TOMBSTONE and LOT pictures I have placed are yours to use for other genealogical purposes to include other sites.

This site is not called "Find-a-Document".
Documents take up what limited space there is for photographs of the PERSON, HOUSE, or tombstone and GRAVE AREA. Please respect the memorials I manage and resist posting copied paperwork or certificates to where the photographs belong.

If you have some corrections, requests, links, additional info., ect., PLEASE use "EDIT" tabs located on upper right side of each memorial for all these things, not this Bio. page or my Email. Thank you for your time and any help or corrections you can send!!!! !

I have great respect for "UNKNOWN BURIALS". If you have OLD memorials that are "unknown burial" and you want to move it to the proper cemetery just because you found my memorial posted there, fine, I am still HAPPY to delete my memorial provided yours is older and more complete. I will even move my grave pictures to your memorial if you prefer. Let us NOT have doubled memorials!

My family -back 3 generations: DEAN, WARREN, BUMPUS, CASTERLINE, STREBY, SHANNON, WARNER, SMITH, ROWE, TOWNSEND, BUCKMASTER, WEBB, MILLS, STINEMETZ.

George Davidson Knox County Ohio
Hi Todd,

Thanks for posting a photo for George Davidson, Find A Grave Memorial# 90039530.

How certain are you that this photo is not George Davidson, Find A Grave Memorial# 147601418, also in Knox County?

I have another photo of the same man with his father that I would like to post, but I'm unclear which of the two that face might go with.

Thanks!

Todd,

I must commend and thank you for posting the photos of the joint headstone of my 2nd great-aunt, Lucinda Simpson Nelson, and her husband, Henry C. Nelson. I'm so appreciative because none of the family knew where they were buried.

Many, many thanks!

RE: Dean
And here I am on this 'end' .Rosalie and James are my birth grandparents.I have a copy of their marriage certificate that came from Wash. State Digital Archives. I found James middle name Miller on Find a Grave under Rosalie Miller Dean . They are buried in Fern Hill Cemetery in Anacortes,Wash. Skagit county. The Miller part is strange but my adoptive grandpa was also a Miller. Lots of Millers around, huh? Since I never knew any of my birth family until a few years ago I don't know anything first hand. Their grand daughter doesn't know what his middle name is either. There are four grand daughters so I will ask the others if they know what it is. It was so good to hear from you so quickly. Thanks

Shannon's
My grandmother, Jane Marie Brown (Shannon), had always said that we were descendants of Thomas Stone. She always said that she was a member of DAR, but when I went to the DAR headquarters in the early 90's, they said that they couldn't find her in their rolls.

I believe that Benjamin Stone is the key to the connection, as I have read his SAR application.

Are you on Ancestry? I've found the DNA Circles wonderful.

RE: Deans
Thanks for answering. I will get my info together as soon as I get time. I just found my birth family (Deans) a few years ago. It has been an exciting search. There are so many Benjamins and James and Ruths that it is hard to get them straightened out. My daughter and I are working this out . You may already have our information on the last three generations but maybe we can fill you in. I have visited the cemetery where James M (is it Miller?) Dean is buried , Fernhill near Anacortes Wash. The family doesn't seem to know what the M stood for as it isn't in any of the records but I found that it is Miller. Do you know if this is correct? Thanks again, DP

RE: Yoder Cemetery, Howard, OH
You need to identify it better, road number, GPS or both. To Add it you will have to go into the Help with Find A Grave and look at how to correct cemeteries. For some reason, I cannot get in to converse with thee. If you get ahold of a real person, see if you can get a phone number for contact, I can't even send an email without being logged in. Stay in touch. Hope you understand this, I am on meds that make me very tired right now, going to go sleep it of

Tell me about the book you wrote on the Deans.I will work on getting all the names and dates as soon as I can. D.P.
